The Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's 'RPI forward' 10-year plan, discussed in Fall 2025, outlines a vision for the institution's future. The plan focuses on three core goals: fostering a robust learning community for knowledge generation, becoming a premier science and engineering university driving impact, and leading regional integration to generate economic prosperity and establish a world-class tech hub. Supporting these goals are strategic priorities that include strengthening enrollment, growing research impact, and enhancing alumni engagement. A comprehensive campaign for RPI's third century further aligns with these pillars, focusing on education, research infrastructure, community partnerships, and campus rebuilding.
