Provide employee benefit brokerage and consulting services for the Owner’s health and welfare plans. The selected Proposer will serve as a strategic partner in planning, designing, implementing and providing ongoing management of the Owner’s employee health and welfare programs, including programs sponsored by a governmental employer and not generally subject to ERISA except to the extent expressly applicable by law, to ensure the programs remain competitive, cost-effective, regulatory compliant, and aligned with organizational goals to provide a comprehensive valued benefit plan for the Owner’s employees.
