Description: The Michigan Department of Corrections is transitioning to a statewide contract for staff, visitor, and prisoner vending machine services at all correctional facilities. The transition includes a new cashless vending card system for visitor and prisoner vending across all prisons. A single statewide vending contractor is intended to provide more consistent service and ensure that all facilities have vending services.
