Description: The City of Edmonton seeks a contractor to develop a Wildfire Risk Overlay map and related zoning regulations for Zoning Bylaw 20001. The map is intended to identify the highest wildfire-risk areas in the wildland urban interface where mitigation regulations should apply. Those regulations are intended to minimize damage and disruption to public and private property, reduce rebuilding costs, and help ensure the safety of people living in wildfire-risk areas.
