Services must comply with NFPA 72, NFPA 101, Joint Commission, and CMS standards, include detailed reporting and infection-control protocols where required, and be provided by a vendor licensed to do business in Iowa and able to respond quickly to emergency repairs. The contract term is three years with two optional one-year extensions.
