Chicot State Park RV Campground - (Request for Proposal)

Description: DESIGN-BUILD services for design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a high-quality recreational vehicle campground and related amenities within Sam Houston Jones State Park. The public purpose and goal of the Project is to provide high-quality outdoor recreation amenities to the public in accordance with the mission and governmental purposes of the DCRT, through a private provider under a long-term, revenue-sharing agreement.
