In general, the work consists of: updates to the interior of the 2 story 90' x 40' building for the DNR staff and the public. Ceiling, wall and floor finishes, window treatments, storage shelving, lighting fixtures and toilet room fixtures will be replaced. Exterior siding / flashing will be replaced in two small areas and the main entry concrete stoop replaced. Portions of the electrical system will be upgraded.
