Engineering services for CDBG and other community development projects

Description: This is a professional-services solicitation, not a grant program, for engineering support for the City of McRae-Helena’s FY2027 CDBG process and other potential federally funded community and economic development projects. Work may include preparing a Preliminary Engineering Report, NPDES services when applicable, design, and construction administration; proposals should address firm experience and resources, key personnel, workload, proposed services, references, fees, insurance, and a Statement of Qualifications Form. If the City pursues a 2027 CDBG, a draft PER is needed by November 5, 2026.
