The Department of the Air Force seeks a firm-fixed-price requirements contract to provide parts and labor for testing and repairing C-5 Automated Flight Control System Panels (AFCSP) and Communication/Navigation Panels (CNP). The contract includes a 12-month base period and four one-year ordering periods, with estimated quantities of 150 AFCSP units and 50 CNP units and delivery required within 90 days after receipt of an asset. The acquisition is intended to use other-than-full-and-open competition, with Ducommun Labarge Technologies, Inc. identified as the only known source with the necessary technical data and repair capabilities.
