Rehabilitate Emergency Exits RFP

Description: Work includes providing stairway pressurization systems to thirteen (13) exits to keep them free of smoke in the event of fire. The Contractor will be responsible for installing pressurization systems that will pull fresh air from street level to nine (9) of the emergency exits and connecting alarm systems from existing the LIRR system to New York City Transit Authority alarm system at the remaining four (4) exits which already have pressurization systems
