Description: The Township is seeking a consultant to carry out the necessary facets of the CDBG process for entitlement-community projects. The work includes preparing the Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report, coordinating with Hudson County on the Township plan as part of the consortium, preparing Environmental Review Records, and assisting with IDIS for Township projects. This is a professional-services procurement for CDBG administration support, not a solicitation for grant funding.
