DAS Enterprise Asset Management Justice Building Parking Lot Security Upgrades (Invitation to Bid)
Construct a new decorative metal security fence encompassing the perimeter of the existing 42 space parking lot. Work includes the delegated design and deferred submittals for the fence system, gate system, and their respective foundations; furnishing and installing new decorative metal security fencing around perimeter of parking lot, two new automated vehicular gates, four new automated pedestrian gates and electrical low-voltage infrastructure work for access control and communication systems at all new gates; demolition and removal of existing AC, concrete curbs and sidewalks; the salvage and relocation of identified existing elements within the site area; patch and repair of elements to match adjacent conditions, as needed; and the restoration of all curbs, sidewalk and asphalt pavement impacted by fence construction.
