Building 045 Demolition RFP
Demolition and disposal of a 10,000 SF administrative office building with full basement and main floor and partial second story. The concrete structure, constructed on grade beams and caissons, shall be demolished in accordance with plan documents. Backfill and compaction of demolished basement of approx., 750 CY of clay. Miscellaneous fencing, electrical, and various utility abandonment is required. Concrete retaining wall repairs and concrete curb installation are included. Perform finish grading as required and seed the area.
