Special Counsel for Foreclosure Matters. The successful firm must have significant experience in representing New Jersey municipalities in tax foreclosure matters. Each candidate shall submit proof of business
registration with the New Jersey Division of Taxation (P.L. 2004, C.57) prior to the award of contract but preferably with their proposal, and must comply with the Affirmative Action requirement contained at N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
Special Project Planner. The Special Project Planner shall perform the following minimum duties as well as those prescribed by any applicable laws and ordinances: 1. Attend all public meetings with the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the Town and attend all necessary work sessions of the Board of Commissioners as required; 2. Provide technical and planning advice and assistance to the Mayor, Board of Commissioners and other Municipal Officials as needed; 3. Review and analysis of applications before the Planning Board and Board of Adjustment; 4. Review and prepare Master Plan and related Amendments, Zoning Ordinances, Housing Plans and other related planning and zoning
