Testing Platform for Social Studies Assessments

Description: The West Virginia Department of Education is seeking an open-end, cloud-based testing platform to administer three statewide social-studies assessments annually: 8th-grade History, high-school U.S. History, and Civics. The vendor must provide implementation, configuration, data migration, training, licensing, ongoing support, and integration with WVEIS and Office 365 single sign-on. The initial term is one year, with up to three optional one-year renewals.
