Operators of food booths will be responsible for all equipment in the booth for the purposes of food sales. The Fairgrounds will be responsible for the infrastructure of the building including power, water, sewer, and building exterior. All sales through the food booths will be charged a 20% commission for profit and 15% non-profit, plus applicable garbage and electrical fees whether for profit or non-profit.
